How to Add a Blank Page in Word

To add a blank page in Word 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019:

  • Launch your Word document.
  • To insert the blank page above the active page, place the insertion pointer at the top of the active page.
  • To insert the blank page below the active page, place the insertion pointer at the bottom of the active page.
  • Go to Insert>Pages>Blank Page

Word will add a blank page immediately below the active page.
