Thankfully with the Kajabi inbuilt template, you can launch your website in no time. You can do this without knowing how to code or having to hire a designer.

You can pick a template, add your copy, and you are ready to launch.

The first thing you will see in the website tab is that Kajabi has built and laid out all the key pages for your site.

And you can further design and add branding to pages like your course library, your login page, and your blog pages.

You can choose from a wide selection of design templates for your main website. You will find templates that fit almost any style. And each one is flexible and customizable.

Even if you know nothing about designs, you can still make the pages your own.

You can add images, videos, fancy blogs, FAQ blocks, social media feeds, etc.

Connecting to your existing domain

You can enter it into the domain block if you have an existing domain. Kajabi is going to work you through step by step on how to set up a domain. When you follow the instructions, you are good to go.

Products are the vehicle you use to deliver value to your customers, and one massive strength of the digital product is you only have to create them once.

And you can go on and sell them over and over. And just like with a website with landing pages, you have a lot of pre-designed themes to choose from for your products.

If you prefer, you can start from scratch. You can upload videos, audios, documents, grade assessments, and more to create your product. Whatever you feel will help your customers to achieve the result they’re looking for.

When you Open the Kajabi Products tab and head over to the new product button, you can create a product. You will see all the blueprints there. Depending on what you are creating, you can get started with any of them.

When you select a blueprint, you can name your course and add a description.

You can also add a product thumbnail so your customers can differentiate the different courses you may have inside of your library.

Once you are done with the course title and description and click submit, Kajabi automatically generates the frame structure of your course.

You can add media like videos, audio, or even grade assessments to your newly created course. If you want to preview a particular product, you can simply click the preview button, and it will take you to the course as it will look to your customers.

The great thing about Kajabi is you are never limited to online courses; their community is also full of coaches who set up coaches programs in Kajabi.

Again, to set up the coaching program, you click on a new product and then select the coaching program blueprint.

Like any other course on the product blueprint, you can title your coaching program, give it a description and thumbnail, and then click on submit.

Once you have your digital product ready to go, it’s time to create an offer. That is where the sales tab comes in.

Think of an offer as the presentation or the package for your digital product. It is where you will set details of your price, payment option, what is included with purchasing your course, or special discounts and bonuses.

These elements combined play a role in how your audience will perceive your product.

Click on the Sales tab to create an offer, then select a new offer.

Then you offer a title and select any of the products you have created using the dropdown button, and hit save.

The next thing is Kajabi takes you to the next page, where you can configure the offer you just created. To collect payment from your customers, you would have to connect payment processors like PayPal.

You can edit the price of your course as well. You can have a one-time package or a subscription and multiple payments over a certain time period.

There’s a lot of flexibility in terms of pricing. This is where offers can become powerful. 

Another thing you can do inside an offer is to create an upsell. An upsell is a way to add another offer after so many purchases. Maybe you are trying to sell a coaching program in addition to your course. You might want to upsell after someone has purchased your course.

You can send reminder emails if someone abandons your checkout page.

And you can set up any kind of automation you want. If somebody purchases your course, you can tag them or give them another offer, send them an email, etc.

And that’s the basics of an offer. It’s just setting a price for a certain amount of product. There are a few different ways Kajabi does this with coupons.

Head on to the sales tab and click on coupons; you can create a new coupon.

Kajabi gives you a couple of options coupons.

You can create a single coupon code or generate codes in bulk.

After selecting any type of coupon, you can name your coupon code, choose a percent off, say 40 percent off, and select the duration you want.

You can also set an expiration date for your coupons. The coupon you created does not have to be for all of your products or offers. It can just be for a specific offer. It’s all based on your choice, buddy.

As you know, some products lend themselves really well to affiliate promotions. You can set those from the sales tab as well.

Click on sales and the offer and product to which you want to link an affiliate.

You will see a check box that says give an affiliate commission on that page. You can also decide what percentage of that particular offer you want to give an affiliate and then hit save. Easy peasy!

And this is a big deal because you can have the best product in the world, but to make sales, you need to build an audience and reach them effectively.

Kajabi provides you with everything you need to reach a potential customer with offers without paying for any additional tools. One area where you can see it all come together is with an automated pipeline.

When you click on either one of the email campaigns and inside the email builder, there are many customizable templates to choose from.

There are a lot of different layouts and branding templates to give you more inspirational ideas to make your emails more compelling.

You can click on any of the templates to get started. Once your email broadcast has been generated, Kajabi will ask a couple of questions.

Questions like who would receive this broadcast. You can choose to send it to everybody who is a member of your product or a target audience.

There’s a lot of audience targeting you can do with the email campaign.

The email campaign also allows you to draft your email by writing the subject line. Additionally, you can customize what your email looks like.

After writing your subject line and preview text, hit the save and continue, and it will take you to the next screen where you can send your emails.

And Last But not least, there is the people tab. The people tab is where you can manage your customer contacts and affiliates, all in one place.

You can decide to filter your list, then create segments, add tags, and even view individual members’ life cycle and course progress.

Again this is where Kajabi distinguishes itself from other platforms. This is because you have your customer’s relationship management (CRM) fully integrated with everything else in your business.

This will save you money because you are not paying for a separate tool; it is also going to make it easier for you to get to know your customers and use those insights to grow your business.

You can create a segment in your customer list for customers who have filled out a particular form on your website.

You need to select filters, have the categories be forms, select which form you want, then apply the filter.

To set up an integration, head on to the bottom left of the dashboard and click on settings.

Then click on third-party integrations. Scroll down till you see the Facebook pixel or any other tool you want to use. Then you go ahead and click the button to on.

It’s going to ask for your Facebook pixel ID and, optionally, an access token.

Once you input your ID, Kajabi checks if everything is good and the Facebook pixel is integrated. It’s just that simple.

Additionally, if you look at the integrations in your third-party integrations tab and don’t see what you are looking for, Kajabi still got you covered because they’ve included a unique integration with zapier.

You have to remember the membership area URL and your login, and sometimes the content isn’t as mobile-friendly as it can be.
